Eric Haydel, Allied ASID, Principal Eric M. Haydel Design, Inc.
Eric M. Haydel, Allied ASID, is the Principal of Eric M. Haydel Design, Inc., a residential and corporate interior design and project management firm based in the Boston area. As a native Louisianan, Eric finds himself tracing back to good food, good fun and great conversation amongst friends.
Eric has served on the Board of Directors for the past two years as the Emerging Professionals Chair. He has served as the Chair of the ASIDNE Fall Business Conference for the past four years and is the Co-Chair of the ASIDNE Art Walk. Eric also served on the board of Massachusetts Interior Design Coalition (MiDC).
As a continuous ambassador for ASID, Eric looks to the future with great optimism. Continuing to foster collaborative initiatives within our students, practicing professionals and industry partners are the primary focus for our organization. With these opportunities come great respect for the 40 years of design excellence within ASIDNE and a great direction for the future of our industry.
Jennifer Bardsley, ASID, Principal Jennifer Bardsley Interior Design
Jennifer is principal of her interior design firm, Jennifer Bardsley Interior Design, practicing as a professional since 1985. Her years of design experience has given her the opportunity to expand her client base covering the greater Boston area where careful attention is given to educating the client through rewarding design projects. Enjoying collaborative efforts, Jen serves on the Hingham Community Center board that works to preserve a town treasure and is co-founder of STEP Inspire, an organization working with Boston’s inner city youth. She has played a role in educating high school students interested in exploring the world of design through job shadow opportunities and looks forward to working with ASID members to contribute to the growth and strengthening of the chapter membership including the support of our student members. She most recently served as member and Co-Chair of the 2014 Awards Gala and looks forward to her new role as Director of Membership.

Rosemary Porto, Senior Designer and Sales Manager, Poggenpohl
Rosemary Porto has been an interior designer in Boston since 1985 and she specializes in innovative, high-end kitchen and bath interior design that integrates luxury with a function-first mindset. As Senior Designer of Poggenpohl, Boston she is well known for her ability to incorporate the latest innovations in her designs. The essence of her work is seen in translating her clients’ vision into a design that aligns with the harmony of their homes.
Rosemary has strong strategic alliances with leading architects, builders and interior designers on new construction and renovations. Her award winning designs have been frequently featured in national and regional shelter magazines. Ms. Porto has been a frequent speaker at industry events and panel presentations.
In the ASID New England chapter Rosemary is a member of the Industry Partners committee serving the local chapter membership. She has been a member of IFDA since 1996, serving as President of the New England chapter in 2002; as well she is an active member of the Boston Society of Architects on the Women in Design committee.
