If you consult with me for a home or office project, we will develop a relationship and your completed interior will be unlike any other...and it will be you! When planning projects, I ask how the spaces will function for the individuals who use them, and envision a unique aesthetic to match their tastes, within the budget available.

Pat Moreinis designs contemporary, traditional, and eclectic interiors. Projects include styles from Joseph Hoffman of the early 20s, Italian Modern, minimalist, country English, French Empire, reconverted barns with large-scaled furnishings, homes as art galleries, summer get-a-ways and homes of traditional America as well as a tennis club and dental and law offices. Pat has designed homes in New York and New England, with her current office in the seacoast region of New Hampshire just an hour from Boston. She has taught interior design at Pace University in Westchester County, N.Y. and has worked as the head of Interior design at Lord & Taylor, Scarsdale, N.Y. Pat has served as a board member of ASID in New York and New England and the Designers Lighting Forum in New York.

Complete interior design services include small and large projects, working with architects and home owners on both new projects and renovations, designing all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining rooms, bedrooms, recreational and office spaces. 2. Living Room Renovation..Pat designed wall with fireplace and bookcases. Pat designed the mantel and all moldings.  The colors are warm and sunny since there is no natural light at this end of the room.
Client asked for a comfortable place to read as well as using this area for formal parties. North Hampton
This painted glass coffee table matches the color of the sisal rug and enhances the area . It is a contrast of texture with the rug and keeps the light,airy feeling of all the colors of the upholstery.  The small steel side table sits next to a straw-colored pleated silk chair. Contrasting textures create  interesting visual design.
The daybed is a comfortable place to rest and observe the garden view.  At the same time the mirror reflects the view. With the glossy leather-look of the French-style chair and silky curtains the glamour of the room continues.
Pat designed this console table as an art sculpture in this hallway that features art and is also a place to serve food between the kitchen and the dining room.  Pat has a wonderful eye for accessorizing.

Dining Corner
The entrance from the garage as well as  front door most often used has green Vermont slate floor, smoked glass on a bronze-looking base and a wonderfully light pendant is a cheerful welcome and convenient place for keys, etc.

A Japanese style master bath has a teak vanity with hardware of handmade bronze to echo the japanese lantern style pendants. The faucets emerge from the wall with water flowing into the porcelaine vessels.  A towel warmer is handily placed
The floor is made of marble chips that resemble small stones. The walk-in shower has a seamless built-in seat with a grab bar and glass frame in dark bronze to match the japanese style pendants and faucets.
The designer has specified a rainfall shower head and placement of faucets to suit the client.  The top of the tile surround has an interesting jagged border so that the 14' wall isn't tiled to the top.
Sleek masterbath with oblong mirror on a wall of sycamore wood squares reflects beautiful view.
Travertine is used for the counters,floor,  and bath surround.
In this traditional master bath the sconces are placed so that there will be no shadows on client's face.
This award-winning  bathroom for teen-age sisters was designed to have the shower and bath area shared with the guest room.  White glass floor and wall tiles, and a slab of glass for the counter set of the blue glass vessels. The faucets emerge from the mirrors set into the wall tile. Pat designed openings near the top of the wall to allow in natural light from the adjacent bathroom.
Steps to the bathtub pleased the sisters.  Large white porcelain hooks are placed conveniently for the bath towels.
Pat designed the bathtub surround so that it seemlessly becomes a seat in the shower. The beautiful blue glass tile and white glass floor is an award-winning design.
This handsome kitchen of black and white was a highlight for a fund-raising kitchen tour. The large island invites conversation with the cook but keeps a distance from the working space for cooking and washing.
The base of the cabinets are a typical detail of style Pat Moreinis pays attention to when designing for a client.
This kitchen space was carved out of an awkward windowless area.  The oblong island allows for a working second cook and still gives plenty of  seating space for guests. The lighted tile scene behind the cook-top becomes a focal point.
A lawyer's office gets an update. Artwork is the focus in the many rooms of this office giving the clients an opportunity to relax.  The custom made desk is placed in the center of the room giving a new look to an old, established law office.
Pat designed a tile topped table for this small office space.  The sconce lighting and art work gives the area an elegant look.
A handsome, well designed reception desk keeps the piles of paper private and out of view of people as they enter the law office.
